I have been a full time real estate agent since 1985 when I retired from the United States Air Force.  I have also been a member of the National Association of Realtors for that whole time and joined the multiple listing system in 1982, when our local board established it.  I particularly love to assist people in finding the home that is just right for them.  I specialize in single family homes, both pre-owned and new.  I also enjoy assisting both buyers and builders in contract build jobs.

 I have been a real estate agent in Warrensburg and Johnson County for 27 years.  Prior to becoming a real estate agent I worked as a nurse for Dr. Cy Smith for 15 years.  Each day I try and be fair minded while caring about every individual I work with.  I keep informed of the changes our industry faces from market value to lending practices.  I love my job and all of the wonderful friends I have made.  I believe every aspect of buying or selling a home should be fun and I will always do my best to make that happen.
